Recently digiAssist has supplied marketing expertise, including strategic planning and trade show representation, to web video services like GenerationPix, the first company to be certified by Qualcomm for handheld video conferencing solutions.

From 2007 to 2010, digiAssist consultants and executives helped the Corpulux team through their business planning, patent development and initial funding applications. Corpulux expects their first licensed products to be on the market within two years.

Between 1992 and 2006 digiAssist Ltd., provided over eighteen staff years of sales and management consulting services to MMIS and Interest.com, including General Managers, sales management, IT consulting, strategic marketing and M&A planning and negotiations.

In December of 2005 the combined companies were sold for $30M to Bankrate Inc. [RATE]. digiAssist is proud that its consultants were listed as key executives on the LOI and Sales Agreement.
